lot of electrical trouble with my gt650 naked

Hi! everybody from french polynesia
I'm a new user on this forum
I've got a comet650 naked of 2005, ans i have some electrical problems since the beginning.
it begun at 7000 km, engine have difficulty to take tours between  5000 et 6000, the baterry was often discharged.
After a few time , the engine doesn't start anymore, the rectifier was dead and the dealer change it and everything was right for a few thousands km.
After that, the same symptom comes back. So i measure the voltage at the battery, it was a littl bit to low only 12,7 at 5000 tr/mn, the  minus wire was too hot and the 3 magneto wires too.In fact the stator of the magneto was burned and in short-cuircuit with the ground. So I change it myself, It charging fine now but ......., I'=e always problem between  5000 et 6000 tr/mn, and the problem was getting worse and worse now i've 12 000 km done and the engine have no more power, I can't climb a small hill, it's smoke is black, it explode when i cut the gaz and its need more than 10 liters/100k.
I find the manual of the comet, so i've checked the CDI with an ohmeter, 80 % of the value are wrong, I checked the control pulse unit and all its value are wrong.
So this is my question
Is there anybody the same pb on its comet ??
Where Can I find spare parts by internet, because I live in french polynesia and the dealer is not very concensious and it's very long to have parts ??
and last but not least, I'm an electronician engineers, so il would like to know how works the CDI (electronic theory,shemas and how to improve or replace) and  what is the function of the control pulse unit, located on the other side of the bike (is it interactive with the CDI) ??

Hi Phil,
Your best bet in this case would be to give the bike back to the dealer, if it is under warranty, then get it fixed by him only, you need to put your foot down and ask him to get it fixed.

If you do not have a great service back up, u have no option other than this...

I second that thought.

Why stuff around with it with the possiblity of causing more problems when you could just take it back to the shop and get it fixed under warranty.

If is as bad as you say I would be taking it back ASAP.

you can also order the sevice manuel from any hyosong dealer on the internet..Many hyosung dealers not any good,but some are very helpful.good luck.
