That's funny, I recently met a cop that claims to have pulled him up a few years ago Doohan over 200k.

Excuse the pun.

You can only predict so much about what's going on ahead on the roads, the best thing you can do for yourself is to dress for the worst.

If we were afriad of risks none of us would ride bikes.

If it bothers you stay inside wrap yourself in cotton wool, eat orgainc food and pray to your guardian angel every night.

When its your time its your time, race track road or bubble wrapped twisties.

No Place to race, we used to have several drag strips and some flat tracks to race on, most any weekend, several dry lakes that you could really open the car or bike up on, and the "Reasonable and Prudent" no speed limit out in the country roads, now a track day 6 times a year that runs over 150$ a day, now no place to race that I can afford.

The web site uses a lot of flash (I think - need a techy to put me right  ;) ) but the links are well worth clicking and waiting for - lots of useful info

I'll have to try the site on my home compy - has a bit more ram than my works steam drive POS.  A fast graphics card would as well. Something that gives a decent frame rate.  You prolly need every plugin going as well.

oh Mick Mick Mick!!  :-X .... that ad is lost on you!!  :o ;D ;D ;D

Here is an add saying folk should stop using public roads as a raceway ....... so how would it look for Mick Doohan too be standing in front of a roadgoing registered bike that looks like it had been used for "fangin" around the streets on.

"Chickenstrips" !!  ;D ;D ;D ....... thats such a "Gumby" expression  ;D ;D ;D

Most L platers and P platers I have seen, have such an aura about them, my godson was just getting into bikes and he told me of a mate who even puts the bike up on a stand and starts the bike and files/sands the tyre edges ( when they are new ) to look like he has no "chickenstrips"  ;D ;D ;D  .......  his mate even told him to do it on the knobbies for the dirtbike he had just got  ;D ;D ;D ;D
