Wow had mine lowered and I am so happy. 60 something Grand Dad is really happy. Bought on Ebay installed by Wedmon Motorsports of Oklahoma City. Now I can stop with both feet on the ground.

Bikes don't leak oil, they mark their territory.

Why do you need two feet on the ground to stop ?

Braking, downshifting to low, one foot down, stop, other foot on brake, ready to take off.

I can see your point. If it's a stretch, it could be extremely uncomfortable. Congrats!

It's good you feel more comfortable on your bike, it makes for safer riding. However just be careful, lowering a bike even just a little changes the basic geometry of the bike and therefore handling. Sometimes this change can be bad, although usually only when it's lowered way too much. If you notice any sort of instability in the handling especially leaned over, you might have to bring it back up a little.

5 ft 8 inches Can do the one foot thing however I gotta admist I like the lower stance. Much more comfortable. Grandpa loves his little crotch rocket even more. Thanks to all for the comments. Gary in Okc Ok USA
