aren't ATK just the Hyosung?

ATK is just as dead as Italjet, from the look of things. They have not been able to cobble together a working updated website in two years. They also stopped making off-road bikes according to the admission of the owner, Frank White (see http://www.atkmotorsports.com/).

Mmmyeah, they have been out of business since Feb. 2012, see this thread http://www.elmoto.net/showthread.php?2044-What-s-up-with-Roehr-Motorcycles

I hope something exciting happens with Hyosung soon...
