didn't want to drill the fairings!

I drilled mine inbetween the bolt holes, so it is always hidden from the outside, you can't see the hole. But maybe with the design of some you can't get the wire between.

If you've done  ths Led's all the way round then I'd change the flasher unit instead of putting in resisters

i tried changing the flasher unit to an LED one and it doesnt do anything :(

Unless you know of one that actually works on Hyosungs?
Mine is a 3pin LED relay off ebay, popped it in and nothing, changed around the wires as someone else did, and nothing.

Also tried changing the LED polarity and... nothing :(

Not having much fun with LED indicators lol

Got my levers back from the machine place today, had then cnc milled to fit.
I could have filed them down but it was alot of filing on the brake lever so I preferred a more accurate finish.

Also managed to fix my rear master cylinder (yay) then found out the seals on my rear caliper are leaking (boo) always something eh...

Onto the next job... Rear grabrails

Almost fit, just needs a little more filing down :)

Also managed to sort out my indicators and get them all lighting up and flashing at the correct speed :D

A few more updates today, still no sign of the exhaust system yet so i got stuck in with a complete rebuild of my calipers.
Both the front and back where showing signs of seizing, the rear was completely stuck (i never use my rear brake) and the front was abit tight...

Anyhow i removed everything from them and gave them a good cleaning with some brake cleaner, then masked and painted them gold, then put them back together with plenty of copper slip grease on the pistons.

The rear pistons where completely shot, so had to work away at cleaning them up!.

Pics...

Got stuck in with the rim tape again, changed it from red and white to gold and white.

A better pic of the Preload adjusters, i had matching gold cnc lever but they are being milled down to fit.

Painted my paddock stands in matching gold too, i had some spare time and they had started to go abit pink lol

And some pics of the bike all put back together (minus exhaust)

i know this is an old thread, but if you are still on here??? how did you do the LUCKY STRIKE FAIRINGS are they just vinyl stickers or an whole set of Fairings like from IFairing.com? i really want this

cheers

I've just bought a Lucky strike replica kit off of eBay.  Think I paid 30 quid for it.

Also, so it looks like LED indicators aren't a bolt straight on part? Will I need relays/resistors as well? .
