It's Official, Hyosung has taken over US Operations
« on: August 24, 2005, 11:53:32 AM »

I just received the notice from Tomberlin (formerly Alpha Sports) and
as of August 17th, Hyosung has split off as its own operation here in
the states. I will post some documents on our web site in the
following days explaining the details. Stay tuned for more. I'm
really glad this has happened and it means that we will begin to get
the service and backing of a full factory effort. Tomberlin will
still carry ATV's and some other lines of products, but the Alpha
Sports brand is no more.

Look for some great things to happen in the US!

Great to hear!  Thanks a lot for the update.

I look forward to seeing Hyosung pick up some momentum.

hmmm, I wonder if "Alphasports" bikes will be collectors items?

Looks like Tomberlin's site is up...

http://tomberlin.net/

They offer quite a few products.

Looks like they are an umbrella company for 3 different buisnesses.  One of the companies is a manufacturing sourcing company that specializes in creating and managing relationships with overseas suppliers.  Interesting.
