Any issues with brake caliber alignment or anything like that?

Can I answer this?

If the forks, wheel, and calipers are all from the same bike, they would be designed from factory to be perfectly aligned. The only reason they wouldn't be is if the fork legs were spaced differently from the factory setup.

there is no alignment issue everything fits perfectly and the wheel spins freely.
I would couple this with an aftermarket speedo to make getting the speed calibration correct because the tyres are different sizes.
