Peter Stevens have so much old stock (as do most importers) that they haven't imported a Hyo since the KR shakeup and probably won't ever buy any more.
If the bike export industry does not do what the car industry did (buy back years worth of old GFC stock), I believe that once the existing stocks are sold they will drop the brand.
The new concept bike single pot thumpers are quite frankly Lao/Chinese sh!t with less power and poorer quality than the existing range.
Oz is now down to just 3 models, the GT650, GV650, and the GV250.

We have had the GD250 single in UK for a while - looks great, and someone on here has one, and has reported good things so far - when the GD450 arrives I'll let you know how it looks..... must admit downsizing to a lightweight 450 sounds good to me.

Well, I am 63 after all!!!!! ;)

A light weight 450 sounds good to me too, but I'd like the R version though.

I want it. Bad.

I cant find any further details ever since the EICMA show was around. When does it hit the dealers? Price tag? Options?

Hylife is right...if ur getting a cheap nasty single there are plenty of cheap nasty chinese singles...from more reputable brands too.dropping the v twin is a marketting mistake...my gt250 wasted another 690 duke off the line again the other day...he didnt get me till a long straight and tbh i wasnt really even trying...

sent using tapatalk on my magic oblong.

I bought my bike because of the V-twin. For a bike of its kind, it's a very special thing.
