GT 125 r rev counter tachometer problem
« on: February 07, 2017, 03:08:07 PM »

Hi,  I have a 2006 get 125r. Love the bike but it does have this niggle

When I start it the rev counter or tachometer tachometer doesn't work, then it's like it warms up, begins to work a little when the clutch is pulled in, goes mental for a while and then after a few miles it works normal.

I am guessing it's a loose wire as the bike has never seen rain. Does anyone have a video on which plug needs to be plugged back on or cleaned?

Very odd but I though the battery was bad so I put a new one on and it has not done it since. But I have some kind of battery drain now. See other post :-(
