Hi!
« on: April 09, 2017, 06:50:46 PM »

Im thinking of getting a slip-on exhaust for my 2014 gt125r. Are there any exhausts you can recommend? What exhausts do you guys use? Thanks in advance.

On my current exhaust, the front header/manifold bit rusted right through, and is now being held together exceptionally well by tape.

Not even joking.

Had a hawk racing on one, that was a direct fit, 4 bolt pattern, sounds decent with stock Down pipes, new one had an mtc can on, which has been drilled out by someone to fit. Obnoxiously loud compared to the hawk.

Is the front header not stainless on the 125's?

On my current TK set, it's mild steel (really) that's been veneered with stainless.

Looks great for about 45 minutes.

How completely ridiculous. I bet it costs more to set up the plating facility than to just simply use a real stainless pipe!
