Upon closer inspection at the fairings, it does look like the regular bolts will fit.

I feel a bit silly, BUT I kid you not there were spring loaded screws held there by some movable x-style bracket attached to the main bracket sort of like what holds a CPU fan down in a PC case...

I drilled mine out and have nut/bolted them.

Haha I wish.


Yeah must have been a DIY one, as I had to unscrew it from the inside when I took it apart.
I've put the fairing back on and just used the regular external bolts for it. She's as gorgeous as ever :D

@Cloud, do you have a DeviantArt profile or anything?  I'd be interested to see more of your art, and have a feeling there is more to that new profile picture of yours than is found inside the borders :P
