Not a simple task.

You can get a power commander 5 unit, but they're not a plug n' play solution. You would need to buy the kit, plus an extra O2 optimiser module (since the 2013 has two O2 sensors).

Then, you would need to cut the ends off the O2 optimiser and re-wire them using the diagram I posted many, many years ago that I no longer remember.

After that you have to get the bike dyno tuned.

Be warned. None of these steps are optional, they're all required. It's expensive, it's a chore and at the end of the day you get almost no extra power to show for your effort, but you will get a smoother bike.

I was just thinking about this....  carb tune vs FI.

To get the most HP would a carb bike be a better platform?
Can you get the ECU flashed( what ever they call it) at all?

EFI re-flash can be done, but no one has the gear to do it except the Hyosung factory. ..with the possible exception of forum member OLEG.

The only reliable way is to use O2 sensor eliminators to feed a fake signal back to the ECU that says 'everything is perfect, don't touch a thing', so that any fuel map changes made by the Power Commander are not undone by the ECU adjusting trim to what it thinks ideal should be.
