Triple tree top yolk
« on: December 04, 2017, 05:45:01 AM »

Is this the stock 125 top yolk?

It's gorgeous!

If it is, can it be used on a 650?

That looks like its been polished to an inch of its life. I'm sure stock come with the silver paint/powder flake on. I've got one in the garage, I'll check when I get home.

EDIT: Confirmed, yes they come painted silver. GV's are painted chrome I believe. My guess is its had some wet and dry. Nicely done!

NOPE! A Yolk is from an egg.
LMFAO  ;D

Yoke is from the crosspiece that fastens the neck of two animals pulling a cart.

Can't be used on the 650 because the GT125 has different forks. The GT650 has larger upside-downs.

It's a yolk because it's edible.

Whatever happened to the NRF yokes? I'm planning on getting one of those for my bike, I sure hope they still make them, they're ebay page doesn't list it anymore.
