Unstoppable.

I've had it underwater twice, airborne countless times, ragged it in the snow, the sunshine, everything in between. Most of its duties involve going off road in some way, and part of its function is to use almost no fuel.

It performs in every aspect I need it to, for now at least remains mechanically flawless, doesn't get cleaned or maintained in any way, and has already given me back every cent I paid for it in usefulness and enjoyment.

I could have bought a Karion, or a KTM, or anything really. But no matter what I got, it wouldn't have done any better than my little Hongda.

Not even. It says Hongda on the reg documents.

You know it's a Chinese copy of a Hyosung RX125 with a Chinese copy of a CG125 engine, right? Because if you want one, then it's a good idea to go RX125 or XRX125 if you wanna go twin-cam (and you do) and get better brakes and stuff.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifan_Group#Trademark_dispute_with_Honda_Motor

Quote
Trademark dispute with Honda Motor
In 2004, Lifan was ordered to cease selling motorcycles under the brand name "Hongda"—the culmination of a successful lawsuit brought by Honda Motors. That same year Honda initiated a separate suit against Lifan this time for using badges similar to Honda's on its motorcycle products

Everything Cloud has said about it has been spot on. CG125 engine is tough as nails and uses very little petrol. Excellent buy for what Cloud has done to it in regards to weather, water etc. I even agree on the bigger brand bikes would of probably failed.
