Rear cylinder Piston or Valve?
« on: January 05, 2018, 07:24:41 AM »

I think i have a problem on rear cylinder
Engine was rebuild 3 months ago.
When workshop guy changed the camchain , he put camchain of other bike which is fitable because we can't find camchain of hyosung at my country.so  workshop guy added 1 more camchain link (he didn't know the exact link count).. so chaincam was too loose after 200km.. so he took the adjuster out of rear cylinder and told me to push start. while doing this we ****ed up the back exhaust valve. then we gave someone to fix it. (i think it wasnt perfectly done) . nowafter 400km my rear cylinder started to throw smoke. Front is good.. , Engine is fresh, we rebuild it 3 months ago.

I think may be valve is ****ed up? or rear piston?

Anyone knows?
