My black babe

The ride:
Hyosung 250 GTR SE

The year:

The mods / tune:
First of all, the SE means that it is a special edition whereby it comes with factory fitted Two Brothers Silver Series sports exhaust. Lovely masculine sound.

Second, fitted frame sliders to it. I can't recall the brand as i immediately rip the box and install it. It was slightly extended for added protection. Tail tidy installed.

Third, installed aftermarket performance pipes by "Proformance" to match with my Two Brothers Exhaust. Fully R&D and dyno tested pipes, so it was worth it.

Forth, the stock ECU was fully remapped by the dealership using race map. This remap further increased the bike's torque and hp up the scale and also rev limit was raised to 13,000 rpm. I was re-assured by the official dealership that it is completely fine, so since i have warranty slapped to it, i just go on with it. However, i do noticed that the powerband wasn't really in the 11 to 13k rpm anyways so i just shift it before, accordingly.

After the pipes, the bike really rode so well and free. After the remap, the bike was ever more willing to go, torque comes in sooner and wider throughout the rpm range and it was really good. It does not feel like a typical 250cc anymore to be honest. Yes, I KNOW end of the day it is still a 250cc sports bike. I think i will be keeping this for quite a while.

The future:
I have ordered H3 35 watts 4300k HID kit and will be installed for the low beam. Next, will be adding two units of DRL (day running lights) for the front and rear (red LEDs) under the tail).

I love the way they've done the exhaust. The collector looks to be extremely well made!
I used to be a sensitive, new age guy, but times have changed and now I am more of a caring, understanding, ninties type.
