If folks think this forum is on the quiet side then take a look at "Classic Motorcycling Australia"
forum. It makes this forum look very busy to say the least. Some posts have not had any comments for years(literally).

I'm taking some time off of here for 2 reason....
1) I trying to beat last years number of 43 bikes flipped and use that to pay off my house.
2) And don't get all butt hurt on number 2. ... seeing post that we need to do this we need to do that isn't exactly why I come to this site. I understand you are trying to help the site but the site is what it is. but it gets old.

side note I've unloaded 10 so far this year.
ANNNNNND I've picked up a couple of keepers.
Ninja 650
99 zxr1100( green) It's a newer version of my first street bike I ever bought. 1981(or 83) GPZ 1100. NOW! Here is the funny thing about these bikes.  the 81 GPZ was fuel injected and the 1999 ZXR is carb'd. Seems a little backwards right.  :o
04 gsxr1000 If I keep it they away it is... no lowering or of that nonsence.  I have an 06 set up for drags  already.
2 TL1000R's (One will hopefully be a donor motor for a GV)
oh an the Grom. almost picked up a Z125 but was being a cheap ass and missed the deal.

FI in 81?! Mechanical FI perhaps?

Can't wait to see the TL in a GV. I reckon it's the ideal donk for it..

I don't remember kind of FI set up it was but I do remember no one knew how to work on it. :-/

Although I had a red gpz I'm pretty stoked about this 99 model. And that swingarm. Lol!  And to be honest.... I bought the 99 just for the swinger I was going to TRY to put it on my 91 gsf400( 99 srad motor)  but i realized it it has twin shocks.  So them I thought those would be bad ass on back of a GV... 😀 The bike ended up being extra clean so I'm going to keep it a while once running( carb clean/ tank flush)

On the to /gv  the hardest part is going to be not having lower from mounts on the motor.  Rummaging through my  gsxr parts box I found a PC 2 for a TL ( Yeah that's how long I'm been saving it)... I bought n sold a TL and snagged the PC from it just for this project idea.
TBH it'll be next year for the build.

Albert is a dude, not a guy.

A dude is like a guy, but with a TL engine in a GV.
