overheating fuel pump dies .

hi i have a old gt 650 comet 2012 . i have a strange issue when bike get overheat the fuel pump dies and after 2-3 hours of colling it start . i tried it goes 22km then bike get over heat and it stops .it need a cooling of 2-3 hours then it starts without any problem then same problem repeats.
1)i have checked radiator fan is working properly .3-4 heat bar are visible on the lcd meter .i have checked coolant is proper.
2)check recifer it working properly . the battery is charging properly
3) got both the fuel injector cleaned
4)i direct connected fuel pump to baterry to check . it working properly but when it bike heatup it dies after some miles
 can someone please help me out to identify the problem .i cant understand what might be the issue .any suggestion would be welcome .

This is going to sound a little scary, but here goes.

Soak it in white vinegar for 2 ~ 3 minutes.

Either your elbow, or your fuel pump, you decide ;)
Then after you've soaked your elbow in it , you can pour it over your fish 'n chips mmmmmm ;D
