aftyermarket levers that work
« on: July 31, 2018, 11:34:32 AM »

Finally found some shortish , aftermarket levers that work on our bikes .
Tried stacks that always hit the front fairing/fascia panel .
These are pretty good and also adjustable on length which is handy for the clutch lever for extra pull .
They look much better that the aluminum ones that are at least 6 foot long  :o

Where did you get them from? I'm looking for some as we speak.

They look to be styled off the CRG levers. Nice!

Oh yes , Aliexpress is our jewel  ;D
The Harrods of the Hyosung world  :o
BTW , if they charged 100% extra on top , Aliexpress would still be cheaper than most other places

yeah but it gets freaking annoying.

buy something at whatever price, then only when you checkout they get you. and also if you buy in say usd, they charge gst in usd.

so far i've found it only on new goods from overseas, but going to be interesting to see if its s/h stuff too, and if so not going to be happy.

Harvey Norman did this.

The audacity. Harvey Norman is perhaps the most expensive mass market retailer, in real terms, in the entire world. They have the highest mark-ups and the worst service I have ever experienced. There is zero product knowledge there. I wanted a mechanical keyboard. The dude's comment was "I don't think we stock that brand". Two isles down I found a Razor product. It was twice the price of my local computer shop, who were in turn 25% more than eBay. I bought it from the local place, because at least he knew what a mechanical keyboard was. A few months later, the dude had to shut up shop. ...and yet Hardly Normal survives!

It really angered me when I saw their CEO on TV saying how they couldn't compete with online, because there was no GST on purchases from overseas. They're routinely double the price of anywhere else, but the 10% GST is what they blame for not being competitive. 6 months after his rant, eBay purchases were subject to GST. They're STILL double the price of anywhere else.

Thanks mate,

It doesn't mention the GV650, so I can only assume they should fit?
If not, they're cheap enough to not worry I suppose.
