Can anybody tell me the function of the part marked Continental at the top left of the below Photo?

I myself am able to see it. I use google photos for storage so I need to check what is happening.

Hi again,
It seems the previous method of inserting a picture from Google Photos to the forum only works for the actual owner to see which obviously defeats the issue.

I have altered the link and, at least on the alternative systems I have tried, access seems available to everybody now.

I hope some one can now identify the part marked "Continental" for me.
