Is your 2008 a carby model? - I can't remember when they went to efi.

As Spit said, first adjust the clutch cable - needs around 5mm free play - sounds like the clutch is dragging. If it's a carby, you may need to have them reset / tuned.
Sounds like an idle issue whereas when you shut off the throttle at low speeds it wants to die.

mine is efi already. i adjusted clutch cable and it happened one more time. out of 100 clutch lever full press, it happens 1 time, but it happens. gonna check for any vacuum leaks next

By chance,  are you still asking the same question in any other parts of this forum , maybe the 125 or scooter section  ?

Your clutch won't stop your engine , it will just stop it from starting .
You have something else going on .
If you have shorted the SSS correctly , I would be looking at an electrical fault maybe ?
I would start by checking all ignition , stop switch and any other circuit connectors you can get to .also check the tip over sensor .
Forget about the gauge  cluster,  your bike will run fine without it .
Intermittent faults normally turn out to be electrical
What are the exact symptoms?
Is it just an engine stop or are you losing everything,  bike going dead?

engine turns off. all electrical systems remain on.

ive noticed however that in neutral, engine runing, my rear and front lights flicker a lot. could this be a bad/almost gonebattery? or a rectifier?

That would be your charging circuit .
We are going around in circles here .

I think its not related either.

Im gonna check for any vacuum leaks today and electrical wires...the bike had been diagnosed with a bad Starter coil/relay, wich it hás been changed at the time

removed fuel tank to check connections. all is fine. When opening the air filter box, removed air filter and the box had some fuel on it. Just some drops, but it had. Cleaned, installed everything, took the bike for a ride and it happened again.

its related to idle sensor solenoid or maybe something on the fuel injevtion i think. it happens when high revs drop to idle. i think the revs are dropping below the ideal minimum, so the bike shuts off.

oil with 3000km, gonna replace it today. when opened the oil cap, a litle fuel smell, so something isnt sealing in the injection
