2004 GT250 8,000km

- Loose brake light wire, plugged it back in
- Poor quality stock brake pads, replaced at 7,000km
- Dropped bike twice - no damage 8O
- Finding basic parts used to be difficult, but no problem, now

I really have not had any real problems with bike.

03 GT250
42,000km

- Lost chain guard screw
- two broken speedo cables
- side stand failed to operate whilst it was in the horiztonal position (this could potentially be considered to be my fault, and no, I didn't catch the bike.  No damage.)
- Failed fuel pump at 26,000km
- OEM pads wore out after 6000km of almost entirely highway riding.
- Problems starting for a while at around 30,000km - replaced fuel filter and ran carb cleaner through it, no problems since, now starts instantly every time again.
- Loose tail light connection.  Fixed with a pair of pliers
- Pillion seat cable fell out of housing - so I had to break into it.  Fixed by putting it back in with glue.

'07 GT250R
230 miles / 370 km

- Seat cable fell out of it's housing
- Possible flat spot--going to check the CDI later on today
- It's not really a problem, but I'm sick of breaking it in, I just want to let it loose!
