Hello

Wanted to say hi to everybody here.

Currently riding a cbr954. I've had it for almost  2 years. I had a hawkgt before the cbr, awsome bike. Really hated seeing that bike go.

Hey Hawk, looks like you got your id sorted out OK.  Not sure why your Id was locked.   :-k

By the looks of your name and your talk of the old hawk I bet you own one again!  I want to ride one some day.  love the twins.  954 is an awsome bike.  I rode a 900 before and that was fast, can't imagine the 954.  You have it stored yet?

What brings you to the world of Korean motorcycles?

I wanted to keep the one I had, but the wife said I could only keep one. I'll get one later. I really do miss the old Hawk GT.

The 954 is really quick. Buzzes quite a bit, but it's ok. Haven't taken it out for a really long ride yet though. I dont put my bike in storage since I will ride it if the temp goes up and there's no snow on the ground.

I'm actually intrsted in all bikes, but mostly sportbikes.

If anybody wants to ride sometime (I know, not for a while), let me know.

Welcome, hawkgt.

One of my riding buddy has an old Hawk. I think it's '88. It has over 150.000 miles on it, but he still rides everyday to work. He also has a Ducati 748.

I posted some pictures from out trip. At his garage, you can see the Hawk's pretty butt.  :)

I'll take some pictures later for you and skadamo. Seems like you guys need some eye-candy.

If you come down to Houston, we can go for a ride. I had a 250 mile ride today.  \:D/

I just got home. Sittin' in front of my computer in my leather gear, my cat started messing with my pants. I better go change. :-s

Cool, I don't store my bikes either.  I just start them every week and ride them if there is no salt on the roads...even if its just around the block.

When it warms up we should take a ride out to Randy's in McHenry and look at the Alphas.  I went for a ride yesterday.  It was about 35 deg.  Many layers and a heated vest  :thumb:

Cool, I went out for a ride, too.
It was around 70's, kinda cloudy.

I ran into my mechanic on the road and ended up riding with him. He has 25yr experience and been racing for a while. I got scoooooled!

He's going to help me with some afternoon rides for upcoming track days. I gotta get back in shape!
