I think those pipes could be fixed with a hacksaw, or a die grinder, otherwise the bike is very nice.

When Moto Guzzi introduced the V 7 Classic, I thought about how nice it would be to turn one into a copy of '70s V 7 Sport or 750 S 3.
I guess the guys at the factory felt the same way, this year they're selling the new V 7 Cafe Classic:
